On Wednesday, March 28th, the newest graduates of the WERC Call Center Customer Service Training Program received their Certificates of Completion. They are now ready to take their next steps toward a better future. During the 2-1/2 week program, they received the skills, knowledge and confidence to find their dream job.
The sentiments of one these grads nicely sum up how all these women feel about their experiences and accomplishments:
“From the second I entered the doors to WERC, I was welcomed into a friendly environment. Everyone was so helpful. I came here not knowing anything about the computer. Now I not only feel comfortable on the computer, I have a strong desire to learn more on my own. I now have the tools and confidence to do that. Thank you so much to everyone at WERC.”
