Taknika Mickey is a proud graduate of the Capital District Women’s Employment & Resource Center (WERC) Program and currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Tempur Sealy International in Green Island, NY. A dedicated advocate for women’s empowerment and workforce development, Taknika has generously volunteered her time and expertise with WERC since 2018. In 2024, she deepened her commitment by joining the WERC Board of Directors, where she continues to support the organization's mission to help women achieve economic independence and success.
