We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

This information is used for billing purposes and to collect your donation. To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider (such as PayPal), our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation. If we have trouble processing your donation, we'll use this information to contact you. Unless you ask us not to, we may also contact you via email in the future to tell you about events, new services, or changes as applicable.

We will not sell, share or trade our donors' names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations. This policy applies to all information received by WERC, both online and offline, on any Platform ("Platform", includes the WERC website and mobile applications), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.

We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. Furthermore, we do not necessarily agree with or endorse every comment that individuals post on our social media sites or about WERC. While we encourage followers to share their thoughts and opinions, we expect that this will be done in a respectful manner. We aim to keep the conversation positive and engaging, and we hope you do as well. Please remember that the Internet is not private, and there is no such thing as a “private” social media site. All comments and/or links posted on WERC’s social media sites or comments shared about WERC will be reviewed and may be deleted.

Comments will be deleted if they contain:

  • Comments whose main purpose are to sell a product

We understand that social media is a 24/7 medium; however, our moderation capabilities are not. We may not see every inappropriate comment right away, and we are trusting in the maturity of our community to ignore personal attacks and negative speech or respond politely. Repeated violations of this policy may cause the author to be blocked from WERC’s social media profiles.

Anyone who posts on our social media sites understands that to the fullest extent permitted by law, WERC will not be liable to anyone for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages due to content. In addition, users agree to indemnify WERC from and against all third party claims to the extent that such conduct has resulted from or is alleged to be resulted from the conduct of the user.

We may amend this privacy policy from time to time; please review it periodically. We maintain the option to modify this privacy at any time by electronic notice posted on our website. Your continued use of our website after the date that such notices are posted will be deemed to be your agreement to the changed terms.
