Alissa Quinn is a pioneering voice for women in financial management, leadership, and community impact. She began her career in 1987, trailblazing as the sole woman financial advisor in her Albany, NY wealth management office. Over three decades, Alissa has built a distinguished legacy as a leader, entrepreneur, and changemaker, dedicated to driving equity, connection, and empowerment.

A passionate community advocate, Alissa has founded several impact circles committed to uplifting others through personal empowerment and collective synergy. Her work has earned widespread recognition, including the Women Who Mean Business Award (Albany Business Review), the President’s Circle Award (YWCA of Northeastern NY), Trailblazers Award (The Women’s Fund of the Capital Region) and Women of Excellence Award (Capital Region Chamber of Commerce). 

Alissa is the author of the acclaimed book “The Power of Impact Circles”, a call to action and guide for building purpose-driven circles that spark transformation. She is a proud graduate of Union College with a B.S. in Industrial Economics, a unique program of Mechanical Engineering and Economics.
