For Jobs In The Capital Region
This is a service which allows job candidates to post their resumes online. Resumes will be seen by members of the local business community (both Chamber and non-Chamber members).
This site provides you with information on how to obtain the Book of Lists. This book provides you with listings of hundreds of the hottest area companies in their fields, by ranking. You’ll also receive the names of key decision makers, along with their titles and complete contact information. Click on “Albany” for information on the Book of Lists in the Capital Region.
Click on “One Stop Centers” to access addresses and phone numbers of Capital Region locations. These centers provide assistance with resume writing, interview skills, and job search. They have computers with internet connections, printers, telephones, fax machines, and copiers available (all free of charge). They also conduct periodic workshops, and have an extensive resource library containing books, videotapes, and other materials for use by job seekers.
Click on “View Job Listings” in the Main Menu. It provides you with a long list of current openings with Capital Region employers.

It allows you to obtain the name, address, and contact information (including website in some cases) for businesses most likely to employ people in your occupation. You can search for businesses by county, across New York State, including counties here in the Capital Region.
