As a non-profit research, consulting, and advocacy organization, they work to strengthen our society by creating educational and economic opportunity for those who need it most.
The National Alliance Of Business, a coalition of business organizations, manages more than 800 businesses/ education partnerships to support standards-based education reform. Its goal is to increase student achievement and improve the competitiveness of the workforce through initiatives focused on school-to-career, teacher quality, and math and science instruction.
The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) is the leading source of information for career services practitioners on college campuses who advise students and alumni in career development and the employment process, and for human resource professionals who recruit and hire college graduates. NACE represents the interest of more than 1800 college career services offices at four-year, two-year, technical and graduate schools and more than 1900 HR/Staffing functions in business, industry, non-profit organizations and government.

The National Council For Workforce Education is a private, nonprofit professional organization committed to promoting excellence and growth in workforce education at the post-secondary level. An affiliate council of the American Association of Community Colleges, it provides a national forum for administrators and faculty in occupational, vocational, technical and career education as well as representatives of business, labor, military and government, to affect and direct the future role of two-year and other post-secondary institutions in work-related education.
